Our aims to create forward looking architecture which is both environmentally and socially sustainable.  

Mehrdad Borna specialises in finding low-cost, low carbon architectural solutions to problems. His Persian background and understanding of sustainable architecture in his own country coupled with an extensive knowledge of current sustainable technology allow him to conceive unique and clever ways to reduce the carbon footprint of a buildings.  Mehrdad Borna is a qualified architect in Iran, with 7 years working in Practice. Mehrdad is also a lecturer at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, London. He was previously invited to present his sustainable research paper at the International Scientific Conference on Technologies , UNESCO. His work has previously been exhibited at the London Festival of Architecture.

Tom Manwell is interested in social interaction in buildings. He realises that where buildings facilitate social interaction then they help to facilitate the formation of community and the well-being of users.  Tom Manwell has worked for Highly regarded practices Mecanoo & Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and is currently working at LDS on The London 2012 Olympics.

Both Tom and Mehrdad aim to push architecture forward socially and sustainably as well as giving the users of their buildings beautiful and joyful experiences. Both believe that architecture plays an important role in increasing the quality of life of its users.

Although dreamstudio has high ambitions it aims to reach these by providing, affordable & pragmatic solutions which achieve the best outcome for the client.
